With our Preserve Plans, you get maintenance, security, and support services to keep your website running smoothly. We’ll take care of bug fixes and protect you against hacks and technical issues caused by third parties.
Terms and Conditions
Please note that changes you or others make to the website content, themes, or plugins are not covered. If such changes cause problems, our regular hourly rate will apply for fixing them. Remember to report any issues to us quickly, but keep in mind that we can’t offer support for third-party services integrated into your site.
Our hourly rate will also be applied for updates outside of your current plan. ($110/hr as of July 2024)
While we work hard to ensure security and functionality, we can’t be held responsible for data breaches or damages. The Preserve Care Plan operates on a subscription basis, and you can cancel anytime, but there won’t be refunds for the remaining period.

The Preserve Plan Plus Updates delivers complete support to keep your website current with the latest information about your company. It also includes detailed traffic and analytics reports, ensuring you stay informed about your site’s performance and audience engagement. At $89 per month, this plan includes all the essentials of our standard service, plus:
- Two 15-Minute Content Update Sessions: Send us your content updates, and our team will make the changes on your site for you.
- DNS and Webmail Support: Get assistance with domain, email setup, and more.
- Analytics & Security Reports (when requested): Stay informed with detailed performance and security insights.
