Terms

With our Preserve Plans, you get maintenance, security, and support services to keep your website running smoothly. We’ll take care of bug fixes and protect you against hacks and technical issues caused by third parties.

However, please note that changes you or others make to the website content, themes, or plugins are not covered. If such changes cause problems, our regular hourly rate will apply for fixing them. Remember to report any issues to us quickly, but keep in mind that we can’t offer support for third-party services integrated into your site.

While we work hard to ensure security and functionality, we can’t be held responsible for data breaches or damages. The Preserve Care Plan operates on a subscription basis, and you can cancel anytime, but there won’t be refunds for the remaining period.
